Resolution

I'm back with my very first picture for this project!  The theme this week is "Resolution" and I certainly have several to choose from.  Our main goal for this year is to pay down debt and increase savings.  Our other big goal for 2012 is to de-clutter our home and better organize our "stuff".  But I won't scare you away with that picture...it's too early in the game for that.  ;)

Yes, that would be my son's froggy bank.  It was too cute not to include in this picture!  Sean definitely doesn't get his saving skills from his parents (thank God!).  If there is so much as a penny laying around, he wastes no time claiming it!  However, the hubs tried to trade him 3 nickels for 1 dollar bill and you would've thought he won the PowerBall!  Clearly we need to work on our mathematics.  ;)

Hello friends!

Welcome to my new blog!  I created this blog as a challenge from a friend to post 1 beautiful picture a week for 2012!  I enjoy photography as a hobby and am still learning, so I figure this would be a great way for me to hone my skills and also to keep a better "journal" of what 2012 brings to me. 

In fact, 2012 is already starting with a bang as we get ready to welcome our 2nd son into the world in just about a month!  My journey into becoming a Mom of 2 will surely give me lots of inspiration!

I will be posting a picture for Week 1 soon, so stay tuned!
